Explore the beautiful beach accesses in Walton County, spanning the scenic communities along Highway 30A from Destin to Panama City Beach. The county maintains ten regional beach accesses, each offering easy access to the Gulf of Mexico.
We’ve compiled essential information for each access point, including parking availability and wheelchair accessibility, to help you plan your perfect beach day.
All these accesses feature parking, bike racks, seasonal lifeguards, beach safety flags, restrooms, outdoor showers, water fountains, and beach chair rentals on a first-come, first-served basis. With the appropriate permits, these locations are also available for special events and beach bonfires.
Miramar Beach Access
Three access points provide plenty of space, with the main one featuring multi-stall restrooms, outdoor showers, and a wheelchair-accessible boardwalk. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, and beach wheelchairs are provided during lifeguard season.
The South Walton Artificial Reef Association has a snorkel reef about 650 feet offshore, shaped like a dolphin and teeming with marine life.

Scenic Gulf Drive Access

Ft. Panic Access
